Coach Fagan has been coaching football at the high school level since 1992.  Prior to coaching the Milford defensive secondary in 2006, Fagan served one season as the defensive coordinator for the Princeton Vikings.  From 1998-2005, Fagan was the defensive coordinator at Loveland High School, helping the Tigers earn two trips to the Ohio High School Athletic Association Playoffs, including the only playoff victory in the history of the school over the McNicholas Rockets in 2001.

A 1987 graduate of Arlington High School in Riverside, California, Fagan played Quarterback and was an All-State performer at Free Safety during his high school football days.  He went on to earn two varsity letters as a starting cornerback for the Big Red of Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.  At Cornell, he was a member of two Ivy League Championship squads.

Upon graduating from Cornell in 1991, Fagan earned his master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1993.  In addition to coaching football, Fagan has coached track at both Milford and Princeton. He also served as the Loveland strength coach for five years.

Fagan, a math teacher at Milford High School, is married to Tabatha, a 1987 Finneytown High School graduate and 1992 graduate of the University of Cincinnati.  Tabatha is currently the head coach of the nationally ranked UC cheerleading program and has been since 1993.  Pat and Tabby have two daughters, Kaeley and Addison.  They reside in the Pierce Township area.
